Practicing Digital Media

Throughout my semester I have learned how to use photoshop and Illustrator which are two platforms I actually really wanted to know how to use. there were classes in my high school that people were able to take to learn how to use these and then they would print their projects and it was really cool to see all of the work that was produced. I am happy that I finally got the opportunity to learn something i've been wanting to.

 today we got assigned our second photoshop project. we are going to be working to create a fake art piece of a famous artist who has died. I have not been able to chose one yet but I am trying to look for a pop artist to copy since that is the type of art I tend to like more.

Poster Project

I have been working on a poster project which I have been having a hard time coming up with what I want to put into it because we need to create two of our own cartoon characters. I enjoy doing art work where we can trace things and insert some of our own ideas but I tend to have a hard time when it comes to fully producing our own work and coming up with something entirely new.
